There are two layers in our innovation system

First layer is R&D center or central layer of technology of Jiacheng. It will give powers to our further development. This center is mainly in charge of the amplification of new products, the research and development of new technologies and methods. Moreover, this center will make market survey and forecasting of project and related FSR, and establish the Developing Strategy of Jiacheng in medium or long time.

Technical departments in subsidiaries belong to second layer. It makes technical innovations, method innovations and quality innovations of present products.
