We pay many attentions on the technological development and protection of IPRs. Up to now, we have developed 13 manufacturing methods, which have been applying for patents. Among them, 7 are invention patents in public notification period, 6 are utility model patents (5 are approved; one is still in check stage). We have complete and independent IPRs of these patents.

We are working hard on the transfer of technologies.  Now, we have made industrial productions of 2, 4-dichlorofluorobenzen (taking nitrochlorobenzene as material) and continuous liquid phase hydrogenation reduction production patent of O-chloroaniline, and obtained enormous economic and social profits. Moreover, we put five utility model patents (new nitrator, tail gas recycling device, waste acid condensed device and absorption apparatus of  tail gas containing nitrogen oxides) into the production of nitrotoluene and double the output of this product.

Up to now, O-chloroaniline has been awarded a lot of honors: a national famous product by China industry cooperation association in September, 2005; first prize of Jiangsu youth business project contest in November, 2005; hi-tech product of Huaian science and technology bureau in November, 2007; hi-tech product of Jiangsu science and technology bureau in April, 2008. Our company became the hi-tech enterprise of Huaian science and technology bureau in November, 2007.
